- Dietary requirements and allergy information, where you choose to share it, so we can prepare food safely

- Respond to enquiries and deliver the catering services you book
- Communicate with you about your booking
- Send occasional offers or updates about our services, where you have not opted out
- Show you relevant ads (including via Google Ads) using your contact details in hashed, non-readable form — you can ask us to stop this at any time
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited contact details with Google (for advertising, in encrypted/hashed form only) and trusted service providers who help us run our business (e.g. booking or accounting tools), solely to deliver our services.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above.
